We kindly ask you to consider whether a hard copy is required as these will take longer to produce than a PDF version which can usually be sent to you within 5 working days. We can send PDF documents securely to institutions, WES etc on your behalf if their email address is provided to us when placing your order along with any reference details you may have, this is a far quicker and more effective way of sharing your documents.
If you do require a hard copy of your transcript sending to a non-UK address you must pay a seperate mailing via the link below. Hard copies sent to UK addresses are covered by the £10 cost so no additional mailing fee needs to be paid.

Detailed Description
Please aware that obtaining an official academic transcript is not always possible as the University of York only digitised its records post 2010.
We kindly ask that you do not contact us until the standard processing times have elapsed as this will cause delays. During our busy periods (May to August and December to February) it will take longer to process document requests.
