Graduate Jobs Fair - Wednesday 6 May 2026

Join us for the Graduate Jobs Fair 2026, giving you the chance to connect with our talented students seeking graduate level opportunities from this summer onwards. 

The fair will be held on campus on Wednesday 6 May 2026,  from 11:00 to 15:00, and is chargeable at £300 + VAT, with discounts available for SMEs (£200 + VAT) and Registered Charities (£150 + VAT). Your stand package will include: 

• 2m x 2m pitch with space for pull-up banners 

• Complimentary WiFi

• Lunch and refreshments for up to three delegates

• Support from our staff on the day

• Promotion to students on our careers platform Handshake, our web pages, social media and by email

Once your payment has been confirmed:

• You will be sent full practical information for the day at least two weeks in advance, including top tips on how to make the most of your attendance at the fairs.

• Careers and Placements staff will be on hand in the run-up to the fairs to respond to any questions you may have. Please contact us by email at careers-employers@york.ac.uk

Cancellation policy

By registering for our fairs, you're committing to attend the fair, pending our approval. This means you will be subject to paying for any late cancellation charges.

If you cancel your booking:

• Before Wednesday 22 April 2026 for the Graduate jobs fair on 6 May, you'll be refunded in full if a payment has already been made. If you haven't paid, you will not be liable for paying.

• After Wednesday 22 April 2026, you will not receive a refund for payments made, and will be invoiced for the full cost of your booking if payment has not been received.

Payment

Please create a new customer account or login to complete your payment for the fair via our online store. Please note that unfortunately our online store does not accept American Express.

There will be a £25 administration fee for any payments via invoice. If you wish to pay via invoice, please contact us at careers-employers@york.ac.uk and provide the relevant contact details, address and PO number.
