In the run up to graduation events (January & July) and in the weeks following we will prioritise the sending of PDF copies and kindly ask that you do not email to enquire when your order will be completed, we deal with them in order date.
Please consider whether a hard copy is required as a PDF version can usually be sent to you within 15 working days.
We can send PDF documents securely to institutions, WES etc on your behalf if their email address is provided to us when placing your order along with any reference details you may have, this is a far quicker and more effective way of sharing your documents than mailing.
If you do require a hard copy of your transcript sending to a non-UK address you must pay a seperate mailing via the link below. If you do not pay for a mailing fee we will only send the PDF.
Hard copies sent to UK addresses are covered by the £10 cost so no additional mailing fee needs to be paid.

Detailed Description
Please be aware that obtaining an official academic transcript is not always possible as the University of York only digitised its records post 2010. If you graduated before 2010 we kindly ask that you contact your awarding department in the first instance to see if they can assist you.
Please do not contact us until the standard processing times have elapsed as this will cause delays. During our busy periods (May to August and December to February) it will take longer to process document requests.
