Detailed Description

For their first Jaunt of Semester 2, James College and their Mentors are going to the beautiful market town of Helmsley on March 22nd. If you are a current University of York student, you can join them for just £6.

Nestled in the picturesque Yorkshire Moors, Helmsley is a picture postcard town. With a bustling market square, dramatic castle ruins, pretty walled garden, and the breathtaking Rievaulx Abbey a short bus ride away - our Jaunt to Helmsley is the perfect half-day out to explore the beautiful countryside surrounding York.

 

Tickets are £6 and covers return coach travel from York to Helmsley. The coach will leave from the Roger Kirk Centre at 10:30 and around 17:00. Tickets are only available to current University of York students.
