Undertaking Clinical Trials in Trauma and Orthopaedics November 2017

BOA Orthopaedic Surgery Research Centre (BOSRC) is running its third meeting for trauma and orthopaedic surgeons interested in getting involved in Randomised Controlled Trials (RCTs) or research grant applications either as a chief investigator or co-applicant.

The programme for this event will focus on issues relevant to RCTs in trauma and orthopaedics.

Presenters will include Professor David Torgerson, Director of YTU; Professor Catherine Hewitt, Senior Statistican; Dr Catriona McDaid, Senior Research Fellow; Professor Amar Rangan, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon and other key members of York Trials Unit who have been involved in several orthopaedic trials.
