Add this item to your basket to pay your £50 deposit for an instrument or piano loan. This will be refunded when you return your instrument. You must ensure that there is at least 12 months between today and the expiry date on your payment card in order to get your deposit refunded. The maximum loan period is one year.
Detailed Description
By paying this deposit you are agreeing to the following:
1. I will arrange with ACT reception or Ángel Cataño Flores that I will return the instrument by the final day of term. If I do not, I will lose the £50 deposit. If more than one person is playing the instrument (see note 6) all signatories will lose their deposits.
2. The expiry date on my payment card must exceed the date I return the instrument. If not, I will not be able to get my £50 deposit back.
3. The maximum loan period is one year. If I need the instrument for longer, I will return it by the end of the academic year to ensure it is still in full working order, before loaning it out again.
4. It will be brought back in full working order. If accidents occur they must be reported/explained to the office as soon as possible. Any ‘wear and tear’ accidents must also be reported to the office as soon as possible.
5. The instrument will not leave the premises unless prior permission is granted.
6. If more than one person is playing the instrument (as in the case of the Alto Flute or Bass Clarinet for example) the other player(s) will sign further agreement(s) in the office and leave deposit(s) I will not lend the instrument without this/these signature(s).
