Course Description

Women artists have worked in a range of art media from the middle ages to the twentieth century. This course will introduce you to a wide range of fascinating artists and artworks including examples from Renaissance Italy, eighteenth and nineteenth-century Britain and France and across Europe and America in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries.
