Course Description

The Yorkshire Coast is a treasure trove for fossil-finders, yielding Jurassic oysters, chalky sea urchins, amazing fossil plants, and spectacular dinosaur footprints. In this half-day class we will highlight some of the finest specimens to be encountered along the 'Cote de Saur'. No previous experience of palaeontology is required, but an enthusiasm for fossils is recommended.
