This course is for anyone interested in learning more about anger and anxiety and exploring the key concepts and benefits of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). CBT is an evidence-based psychotherapy practice that helps people to change their perception and behaviour and to approach thoughts differently so that when they do come, they don’t have to buy into them. You will learn about simple alternative approaches that combine a cognitive approach with a behavioural approach.
