Please note that the cost of travel and accommodation is the responsibility of the delegate.
Note: A traditional element of the Colloquium is to meet for drinks on the evening before the day of the Colloquium (Thursday 18 May) at the Three Legged Mare pub on High Petergate, York from 7pm, and then to have dinner in a local restaurant from 8pm. Please indicate on this booking form if you are likely to be available for dinner, so we can confirm numbers with the chosen restaurant.
