Course Description

SAVI (The System for Analyzing Verbal Interaction) is a theory-based, practical tool that makes intuitive sense. The SAVI Grid helps us understand the impact of different communication patterns on Satisfaction, Productivity, Problem-Solving and Decision-Making in any context.

In this two-day workshop we will explore:

  • Which patterns are common in times of turbulence and change
  • How the communication climate we co-create affects satisfaction and productivity
  • How we communicate emotions impacts the climate and our ability to solve problems
  • Which verbal patterns support problem-solving and decision-making

This workshop is open to newcomers as well as those familiar and working with SAVI.
